LMC developed a strategy that would shine a spotlight on its excellent capabilities. It assembled an in-house marketing department complete with graphic designers. Soon the word was getting out. Almost 100 publications ranging from Mammography to Alzheimer’s Care, Senior Center Services, and Physician Recruitment built awareness of LMC’s services and programs.
A new LMC Foundation energized LMC’s “country” community. Regular events featuring marquee speakers were conceived, promoted and hosted by LMC Marketing. Employees got in on the act, giving back hundreds of thousands in support. Patient care was enhanced, the needy received aid and scholarships were funded for local high schoolers. Future caregivers can indeed be found amid the corn and soybeans of rural Lexington County.
