Hermes reinvents the battle spear.
Classical Greek culture has bequeathed a rich symbology derived from ancient myths. A key figure was
Hermes, messenger of the gods, inventor of commerce
and fire, and master of communication.
No accident then, that he is depicted here brandishing the checkmark, a symbol the Greeks came to
understand as, “the imprint of Zeus.”
