Sacrificing opportunity is a tough discipline to cultivate, especially for printers with millions tied up in
“big iron” printing presses that need to run. It’s no surprise that much of the print
industry takes a short-term, financially self-motivated view. They’ve become a mere commodity.
Crowson customers expect and receive more. Print is crucial to their marketing, their value delivery systems,
and often, their careers. They expect us to respond when their world changes suddenly, and to be exceptionally
creative in anticipating and solving their problems, which are always beyond simply putting ink on paper.
